April 3, 2005 The third annual April Tools Wooden Boat Challenge that takes place right in the heart of Madeira Park is truly one of the most unique events on the coast. Teams construct wooden boats from scratch and then set sail as you watch. Millennium Park, Madeira Park.

August 3, 2005 The action takes place at Lions Club Park in Pender Harbour.
